Sun Bear Industries was founded by Isaiah Ness, Shae Mitchell, and George Soucek in 2022 during the covid pandemic.
Isaiah Ness made his way into Renewables in 2017 while carving pathways in the industry and pioneering eco-conscious products. Isaiah co-founded two residential and commercial solar companies prior to SBI while also consulting for one of the fastest growing solar companies in California.
Shae Mitchell and George Soucek began their journey together joining Isaiah in January of 2021.
As time progressed Isaiah, Shae, and George decided to embark on a new journey; Sun Bear Industries. What you see today is the embodiment of a mission rooted in a collective passion for leaving this world better than we found it.
At our core is a deep respect and commitment to Tribal Nations and other underserved communities. Throughout the last three years, we've been able to work with the most incredible individuals from these communities, building life-long connections. We've learned that the cultures and people of these communities value many things lost in society today. Therefore, it is of great intent, for us to help these communities own their energy future, leaving the next generation with a foundation to see unprecedented success.
